WHOLEMEAL SPELT WRAPS

Wraps are great and so incredibly versatile. Whilst examining the contents of my fridge for something palatable, I often resort to wraps. For breakfast, a wrap works fantastically with a banana and some peanut butter and linseeds in it. And I love a wrap with greens, smoked salmon and avocado for lunch or a light dinner.

NO BAKE YOGHURT “CHEESECAKE” WITH RASPBERRY TOPPING

This is another sister inspired cake. My sister is a really good baker and cook. She mostly makes scrumptious dishes, preferably Italian ones served with plenty of wine but she lately has been on a discovery of healthier alternatives too. So, when she told me about a cheesecake that can be served as a nutritious breakfast, there was no doubt that I had to have a stab at it too.

BREAKFAST BOOST: BERRY CRUMBLE

On my word. This is just the most amazing breakfast. It is like having a warm, comforting and delicious pie for breakfast that your granny made. My grandparents actually owned a bakery and whenever we got to sleep over, my sisters and me (the only grandchildren) got spoiled with pies, whipped cream and chocolates for breakfast. This berry crumble reminds of having breakfast at my grandparents, bringing back beautiful memories of the joys and carefree days of childhood.
