Breakfast inspiration: rye toast with cottage cheese and mushrooms and mashed avocado
Foodspiration: this is a fantastically versatile dish for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Baked eggs with fresh spinach, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and some grated cheese. So yummy. I can’t wait to try this with beans, Tabasco and tomatoes too. Wish I could have this for breakfast every day!
Lunchspiration: salmon tartare with greens, capers, crème fraiche and a quail egg.
Foodspiration: dinner bowl with zucchini, red bell pepper, sugar snaps and lean, grass fed beef on a layer of rice.. No recipe required and the variations can be endless.
